COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Seicos / Hitachi Seiki P-22I-I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jae products, including obsoleted and phased-out Makino parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Piovan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jae such as the UT3F6AETLN1B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PZM028 manufactured by Makino and we are pleased to be able to service most Makino systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PremiumPanel by Manufacturer Piovan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Forma-Scientific Brand UW180171 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumtak such as TR067MK2 equipment made by Sumtak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumtak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumtak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VM4509 made by Sanyo-Denki as well as the popular PMU300BT original spares produced by Lg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPSE6320X by Siemens and TR067MK2 spares by Sumtak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TGT911 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tele-Radio. |
